Honda Manufacturing of Indiana recently produced their 2 millionth vehicle. According to HMIN, the 2 millionth vehicle was a crystal black pearl CR-V, and arrived a decade after the start of mass production at Honda’s Greensburg location. HMIN started mass production in October 2008.
September of this year will also be the 40th anniversary of Honda manufacturing products in North America.
“This accomplishment is due to the commitment our Honda associates in Indiana make every day to build the highest quality products for our customers,” Senior Vice President of HMIN Tim Myers said. “This is an important achievement for our entire team.”
